We are a recruitment agency, not a data broker. The only data we collect is what you explicitly type into our hiring request form. We use this to contact you about finding talent. That's it.

When you submit a request, we receive:

• Your Name
• Work Email
• Company Name
• Hiring Requirements (Role, Salary, etc.)

// 03. How We Use It

We use this strictly to:
- Qualify if we can help you filling your open roles.
- Schedule an introductory call.
- Send you 15% fee agreements and candidate profiles.

We do not sell, rent, or share your info with 3rd party marketing lists.

// 04. Cookies & Tracking

This site is static. We avoid invasive tracking pixels where possible. We are interested in speaking with humans, not tracking bots.

// 05. Your Rights

Want us to delete your info? Just reply "Remove" to any email we send you, or click the unsubscribe link in our correspondence. We will wipe your record from our internal database immediately.
